Mima left this morning. It was sad for all of us to say good bye. Thankfully we'll be seeing her and the rest of the family again in July for our family reunion!

We all enjoyed my Mom's visit so much. Sasha especially. They enjoyed some fun games and some good talks.








Montessori is for everyone!



Mima got Sasha this wonderful marble mortar and pestle. We have found several uses for it. Here she is making "banana yogurt"




And, with daddy's help, grinding a cinnamon stick:




We added some sugar to the grounded cinnamon and sprinkled it on toast:
